MD Consultores Lda. (MD) is a company with entirely Mozambican capital, specializing in consulting services in the economic, social, business management, and Human Resources areas, as well as the implementation of Integrated Management Software (Accounting, Human Resources, Production and Operations, Sales, among others). Established on April 4, 2001, MD Consultores Lda. has been operating in the market for 20 years and has experienced gradual growth. Its commitment is to develop solutions for problems affecting public institutions, private companies, civil society, and international cooperation partners. MD has a network of national and international consultants trained in reputable higher education institutions who possess deep knowledge of the country. Currently, MD employs a permanent global workforce of approximately 40 permanent employees, including Consultants, Economists, Human Resources Managers, Psychologists, Jurists, Project Assistants, and around 240 employees assigned to clients on various projects. MD Consultores, Lda. has local experience in all areas of its activity, in line with applicable and universally accepted policies and procedures, gained through past and ongoing work. Our local presence is of great importance as it provides us with knowledge about the country, as well as the local environment and societal problems in general. Furthermore, our teams are well-versed in the international references and standards required for consulting work in our areas of operation. An office well-established in Maputo with representations in Nacala, Nampula, Cuamba, and Tete ensures the availability of physical infrastructure and a support network to enable MD to mobilize resources quickly, as well as to obtain and replace personnel as effectively as possible when needed.
