About McKenney's, Inc.

McKenney’s is the Southeast’s most trusted name in facility construction, operation and maintenance. For over 75 years, our proven approach has ensured high-quality, energy-efficient solutions at every stage of a building—Design, Build, Controls & Monitoring, and Maintenance & Repair. We offer expertise in HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and building automation and control systems, as well as service and maintenance. We have our own in-house engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of the highest quality solutions. With offices in Atlanta and Charlotte, McKenney’s has grown to become one of the largest mechanical contractors in the United States and is consistently ranked among the top contractors on ENR’s top Specialty Contractors list. While we’re proud of this accomplishment, we believe that true credibility comes from upholding our reputation for service and satisfaction. We know that every project—whether large or small—is the most important job for our customers and that every thermostat change and service call makes a difference for owners, managers, occupants and the facilities themselves. We encourage conversation and participation but we do ask that you keep discussions respectful. All postings and comments will be reviewed and potentially removed if deemed necessary.
