Participants develop from Management Trainee to Restaurant Manager. On average, this takes 4.5 years. Those goals are derived from McDonald's overall business plan: 'Plan to Win'. In the various courses they complete, participants learn to actively develop various management skills. Self-development goes hand in hand with job satisfaction. An average McDonald's restaurant has a management team of 6 to 10 managers and 60 to 120 employees.
