Mavras is a family-owned olive oil producer based in the Ida Mountains of Turkey, a region renowned for its rich biodiversity and centuries-old olive cultivation tradition. We specialize in organic, early harvest extra virgin olive oil, produced with a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and pesticide-free farming. From grove to bottle, every step of our production is carefully managed in-house to ensure the highest standards. Our olives are processed within hours of harvest in our modern, solar-powered facility using a cold extraction system below 26°C, preserving the oil’s natural aroma, polyphenols, and nutritional value. Mavras olive oils have been awarded multiple gold medals in international competitions across Italy, the UK, Japan, Israel, and the United States. We focus on creating high-quality, story-driven products for premium markets, and we are actively seeking long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and horeca professionals worldwide.
