About Matthäi Bauunternehmen

The Matthäi Group is one of the largest construction companies in Germany. With over 3,000 employees at more than 60 locations, Matthäi bundles comprehensive expertise in all disciplines of construction. The Matthäi Group is known for its exceptional performance and the highest quality of execution. The experience gained over more than 90 years also gives us foresight and a sense of responsibility that is rarely found in the market. Complex construction projects require a partner who can oversee all dimensions of their actions. Matthäi is such a partner. Because only those who know exactly what they are doing can develop solutions that are durable, economical, and sustainable. With its own mixing plants, its own quarries, and a powerful fleet of vehicles and machinery, Matthäi is always ready for deployment on-site with materials and technology. This ensures uninterrupted site supply and daily reproducible quality. We confirm our claim, among other things, through certification by "EMB-Wertemanagement Bau e. V." This voluntary association of construction companies advocates for integrity, value-oriented management, and fair business practices throughout the industry. Corporate responsibility has many dimensions. It is reflected in the way we treat employees, business partners, and customers, towards society and the environment, and also in general adherence to ethical standards. These are precisely the aspects that have shaped the value system of the Matthäi Group for many decades. They have made it what it is today: economically successful, awarded as an employer and training company, and now certified with the predicate "Corporate Responsibility: High".
