About Master Work, S.A.

We began our activity in 1987 as a Human Resources company, and for seven years, we combined personnel selection with providing services to companies through people hired by us. In 1994, when this type of hiring was regulated by Law 14, we became a Temporary Employment Agency. In 2005, we opened a branch in Hostalric (Girona), which is when I joined Master Work, taking responsibility for this branch and the Girona area. Another notable year is 2010, when Elena and I acquired 100% of the company's shares. In May 2019, we stopped operating as a Temporary Employment Agency. We orderly transferred our portfolio of workers and clients and processed the cancellation in the Official Registry of the Department of Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya. We can say that Master Work returned to its initial activity, although Elena and I had never left it. Elena, as an independent professional, carried out her activity under the commercial name EPC, and I did so through the company Ortiz-Puigjaner Consultors, SL, also 100% owned by us. Currently, we are a Human Resources, Economic-Financial, and IT Consultancy, and we have focused our activity on the areas of Management and Technical Office, primarily in metallurgical, engineering, and logistics companies, sectors in which we specialize.
