We are Maria Almenara, a pastry shop founded in Lima, Peru in 2007. Over the years, we have successfully consolidated our two business units: B2B and B2C. As a B2C brand, we have 15 stores in Lima, and our expansion plan is ongoing. We are 450 employees who share our purpose of bringing joy to hearts every day. We are looking for a Warehouse Leader, whose objective will be to ensure that warehouse activities are met and exceed daily performance expectations. What will be the impact of my role? Fulfill the different internal warehouse tasks (Receiving, storage, merchandise preparation, inventory counts, restocking, rejections, and returns), with the team assigned to their shift. What would be my functions? Supervise the entry and exit of materials to the warehouse. Manage the team during their shift. Supervise the adequate rotation and stock levels of inventory; and report irregularities. Keep company system records updated. Supervise/validate the picking and dispatch process of merchandise. Conduct and coordinate inventory with the shift team. Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP). Prepare inventory reports and requested indicators. Comply with the organization's Quality policy, information security, and OHS regulations. What should be my education and experience? We would like a technical professional in Administration or Engineering with basic courses in logistics or IT. Have at least 1 year of experience as a warehouse leader or supervisor. Have experience in food industry companies with at least 50 SKUs in inventory and have handled manual and semi-electric pallet jacks (desirable). Indispensable basic knowledge of Office.
