Since 1920, Maola has been delivering fresh, high-quality milk straight from local farms to your table. What began as a group of dedicated dairy farmers ensuring their communities had farm-fresh milk has grown into a lasting mission: to nourish families with the best dairy, produced with care and integrity. Maola was born in 1935 when the original owner of the company combined his name, Mayo, with the ola of a famous cola company. Thus, Maola was established in New Bern, North Carolina. In 2003, the farmers of the Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association purchased the Maola name. Today, we serve more than 2.4B billion glasses of milk each year! Headquartered in Virginia, Maola is still farmer-owned. Each day, we have local farm families working hard to deliver fresh, nutritious, and sustainably produced dairy products. Our highly-skilled and dedicated employees add value to the work of our farmers by processing and delivering your favorite milk at multiple production plants and distribution sites along the mid-Atlantic corridor.
