Mandaka

About Mandaka

We are a mix. A mix of experiences and references from our country. A mix of flavors, accents, looks, smiles, and hugs. When we pull up a chair and sit at the table, the mixtures meet and the party begins. We believe that life can be full of mixtures. And that abundance is not about having, it is about being. Being rich in friends. Being supportive of others. Being prosperous in good times. Being a collector of stories. Our abundance is passed down from generation to generation and travels through all regions of Brazil. We travel from ''guri'' to ''uai'', from ''oxente'' to ''boto fé’’ with a single objective: to find happiness in ingredients filled with creativity, enchantment, innovation, and a touch of tradition. After all, Brazil spins and we mix.
