Having been entrepreneurs and managers of our own and other companies makes relating to clients easier because we both value achieving concrete results quickly. We like to empathize with the entrepreneur because we know what it means to make decisions without anyone's support. That's why we understand the importance for small and medium-sized businesses to have a temporary manager with high-value skills, at affordable costs, and capable of realizing the entrepreneur's ideas and projects. Ours is a temporary assignment, with clear objectives and costs. We are available for flexible solutions (full time, part-time, or fractional time) and to share business risk with the entrepreneur. MANAGER A TEMPO SRL also has a selected TEAM of Professional Temporary Managers with senior functional management profiles capable of receiving temporary assignments for a part of the company. For projects or situations requiring interdisciplinary skills, we can quickly organize a TEAM of Professional Temporary Managers led, supported, and coordinated by an Executive profile within the company. Unlike other entities, MANAGER A TEMPO SRL focuses solely on offering temporary management solutions with highly qualified skills. To support this business model, we invest in the continuous training of our collaborators. This is why we created the first "Temporary Academy" with the aim of training Professional Temporary Managers capable of adopting our intervention solution "SPRINT".
