Majestic Resorts is a brand of high-end hotels, with exceptional all-inclusive service, in the Caribbean. We operate in different destinations. We have a complex of three hotels in the Dominican Republic and a fourth hotel in Mexico: Majestic Colonial Punta Cana (since 2005), Majestic Elegance Punta Cana (since 2008), Majestic Mirage Punta Cana (since 2016), Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres (since 2019). Our vision is to become the vacation destination par excellence, for select clients who enjoy life, through unforgettable experiences in paradisiacal and sustainable environments. Our mission is to offer a high-level product, located in the best areas. Provide excellent, close, and uniform service in all destinations, which exceeds expectations, with qualified and motivated teams. We seek excellence in what we do, to offer exceptional service to our guests and create value in their lives. We are committed to our daily work, working as a team, with consistency, respect, and humility. With Go Majestic we offer transfers, planning of tours and additional activities, which help offer a complete vacation experience, providing quality and safety to our clients. On the other hand, at Majestic Resorts we recognize the importance of generating sustainable tourism that strengthens our tourist destinations, we are committed to the conservation of our environment and as part of our business vision we have implemented our Majestic Goes Green program as a Sustainable Management System that complies with environmental regulations and the SDGs. We currently have the Earthcheck certification, which validates our effort and commitment to tourism that is responsible with our planet. In 2009 we created our Rosa Batle Foundation, a non-profit organization to help improve the education and health conditions of children and young people in these countries.
