Mainka Bau GmbH & Co. KG

About Mainka Bau GmbH & Co. KG

We build safely – or not at all. What may sound like a slogan from a clever agency at first glance, we have been living for over 25 years. This goal unites us and makes our company special. Where requirements are particularly complex, that's where we feel at home. Construction projects that pose a special challenge for other companies are everyday business for us. Building with Mainka means building on safety. We have already proven this in numerous projects in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. These include the new construction of a gas terminal in Emden, the new construction of the Covestro Campus Lot 1 in Leverkusen, the erection of an air separation unit for Linde AG in Duisburg, the new construction of the administrative and service center for BP in Lingen, and many other major projects. Complex construction projects demand concentrated expertise and many years of experience. This is only possible with a strong team. For us, every employee is an important part of the company, because we can only implement our construction projects in the chemical, energy, and specialized logistics industries together. What's special about Mainka: we handle a large part of the construction execution with our own employees; approximately 75% of our workforce is site personnel who, supported by our internal quality and safety management, fulfill complex tasks. We are convinced that we achieve the highest level of occupational safety with our own expertise. We offer our employees varied tasks in exciting projects and regular further training.
