MEET MACPONTA AGRO – THE JOHN DEERE DEALER! We are MacPonta Agro. Since 1995, we have operated in the agricultural segment representing the John Deere brand in Paraná and bringing the best solutions to the field. Today we have over 200 employees, distributed across eight stores (Ponta Grossa, Castro, Arapoti, Tibagi, Irati, Prudentópolis, Guarapuava, and Quedas do Iguaçu), responsible for serving 70 municipalities in the state. Our mission is to be alongside the rural producer, contributing with the strength that feeds the world. Here we work with Respect for People, Integrity, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit to offer the best experience to our clients and partners. As a result, we have been certified five times by John Deere as a World Class Dealer – one of the most important evaluation programs carried out by the manufacturer, which establishes the highest levels of service and brand representation among dealers. We are also part of Grupo Gondaski, one of the thousand largest companies in Brazil, according to the Valor 1000 ranking by Valor Econômico magazine. Furthermore, we are ranked by Great Place To Work (GPTW) among the best companies to work for in Paraná, one of the most important certifications regarding people management.
