About Macavoy AB

Macavoy AB is the expert in recruiting managers and specialists! We are a company founded in 2016, but whose founders have worked in the recruitment industry since 2006, with experience from over 500 successful recruitments. Macavoy's strength is the recruitment of leaders and managers, as well as specialist functions primarily with a background in the technology field. Many clients over the years have also appreciated having us as an advisory discussion partner in planning organizational changes. We help clients large and small find the right competence and personality. Sometimes the need for a full recruitment process does not exist, then we can offer support in the specific parts that are relevant. This can, for example, be to assess specific candidates through in-depth interviews and tests, or to sit with an inexperienced client as interview support. We also have the opportunity to conduct evaluations of work or management teams, based on a range of different test instruments. We are currently certified for tests delivered by CEB (formerly SHL), Cut-e and Kandidata. Our base is in Helsingborg and from there we help clients primarily in Skåne and Halland. We actively seek candidates not only in the immediate area but throughout Sweden, as many of the positions we have filled over the years are positions one might consider moving for. Occasionally, we have also had to go outside Sweden's borders to find the right person. In other words, we have solid experience in identifying, contacting, quality assuring, and filling positions with candidates who initially didn't even know they would change jobs. Call it search, call it headhunting; we call it solving the customer's needs. Welcome to Macavoy!
