Münchner Wohnen

About Münchner Wohnen

The Münchner Wohnen is the housing company of the Bavarian state capital. As a company, we are committed to the common good; every tenth Munich resident lives in one of our nearly 75,000 apartments at affordable rents. Münchner Wohnen is as diverse as our city. Over 1,100 colleagues plan, build, and renovate housing, manage and maintain buildings, neighborhoods, and green spaces, and are there for our tenants in customer service and with our social services. Today and in the future: So that Munich remains a city for everyone.
