About M.A. Máquinas Agrícolas

On March 14, 1996, M.A. Máquinas Agrícolas Ltda. was founded, a name originating from its founder Marcos Antônio Giombelli, who initiated what would become one of the largest John Deere dealerships in Brazil. Initially, M.A. Máquinas Agrícolas Ltda. had three dealerships (Cascavel, Palotina, and Medianeira) and a staff of 33 employees. It achieved rapid growth and an increase in negotiations, culminating in the need to expand its workforce and restructure its departments. Over the years, new dealerships emerged, and today the company has sixteen dealerships distributed as follows: Cascavel, Palotina, Medianeira, Assis Chateaubriand, Umuarama, Ubiratã, Goioerê, Campo Mourão, Toledo, Cianorte, Vitorino, Palmas, Mangueirinha, Dois Vizinhos, Realeza, plus an Express location in Marechal Cândido Rondon. Since then, our focus has been on: qualifying the physical capacity of the dealerships, ensuring good layouts and quality items; training and developing employees, as well as providing the best customer service, always seeking continuous improvement. Currently, the company has approximately 500 employees and over 11,000 registered clients. It operates in more than 145 municipalities in the Western and Northwestern regions of Paraná and maintains its service philosophy, which is based on the following Pillars: MISSION: To offer products and services with quality and efficiency, aiming to serve the agribusiness market with excellence in a sustainable way, with good environmental and social practices.
