About Lyx Participações

Located in São Paulo - SP, Lyx Participações was born from the dream of a young administrator who in 2007 put plans into action and invested his time, money, and dedication to have the largest and most profitable construction company in the country. We started with only one unit, and today we have already realized more than 5,000 dreams and achieved the milestone of being the largest developer in Paraná. We are natural dreamers, but in our day-to-day we practice realization, therefore, we seek the right people, invest in them and challenge them every day so that together we can realize many more dreams. We operate from land acquisition to the sales team, united in the purpose of building not just houses, but homes that fulfill families' dreams.
