About Lynch & Associates - Engineering Consultants, LLC

Lynch & Associates is a civil engineering and land surveying firm of more than 20 professionals, based in Burlington and New Berlin, Wisconsin. Since 2010, we have helped southeastern Wisconsin communities, WisDOT, and private developers move projects from planning through construction — practical design, accurate survey data, and responsive communication at every step. We provide municipal engineering including streets, water, sanitary and storm sewer, stormwater management, and funding assistance. Our transportation services cover WisDOT corridor design, local bridges, roundabouts, and trails. We offer land development for commercial, residential, industrial, and national retail sites, with PE licensure in 16 states. Our construction management includes daily field documentation, quantity verification and pay estimates, change order review, and project closeout. Land survey services include boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, certified survey maps, subdivision plats, and construction staking. We also offer specialty services like 3D laser scanning, LiDAR, drone photogrammetry, and GIS asset mapping. Notable projects include the East Troy dam removal, the CTH ES / Village Square reconstruction, construction inspection on the I-41 North-South corridor, and the 3D scan of the hull-shaped pool at Frank Lloyd Wright's Wingspread estate. Lynch & Associates is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and WisDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). Our culture is humbly confident — results define us, not titles or talk.
