About LummeCo Oy

Painting a house is not rocket science, but sometimes it is worth outsourcing its execution to someone else. We have tried to think about two things: What kind of company would we ourselves want to order a painting contract from, and what kind of workplace would we ourselves want to be in? These two questions have guided the work ethic and goal setting prevailing in our company from the very beginning. Our values are integrity, a growth mindset, safety, and person-to-person interaction. We strive to make them visible in all our activities: in Monday's weekly kickoff meetings and breakfasts, in the painter's handshake and communication with our client, at the paint store, in the salesperson's quote calculation, at work lunches, at recreational days meeting colleagues, and at best even outside of working hours. Ordering painting from LummeCo is much more than just renewing paint surfaces – we take care of that!
