A Community Health Center since 2002, with a mission to care for the most vulnerable, Lorain County Health & Dentistry is the only safety-net provider of primary health care for persons of all ages in Lorain County. In 14 years LCH&D provided almost one-half million doctor and dentist visits. We have built a deep and lasting foundation of care. Lorain County Health & Dentistry is committed to providing services to all those in need regardless of ability to pay. You do not need to live in Lorain County to access our services. Find quality care close to home. Lorain County Health & Dentistry operates 6 locations within the cities of Lorain, Elyria, Oberlin and now Amherst. Services differ per location.
