LongZheng (LZ) is a clean energy carrier, an environment-friendly company located in Guangdong, Southern China. LZ currently has 7 subsidiaries and 14 branches all over China and it is becoming a listed company within 3.5 years. Our business is helping clients to retrofit their existing boilers or set up new boilers so that different kinds of materials we offer such as Natural gas, LNG, Biomass, Coal-water slurry and so on can be adopted and operated as clean energy, depending on the local environmental policy. So far LZ is operating about 50 boilers for its projects that involve boilers with different specifications and our total annual spending on electricity is approximately 12 million RMB (about US$1.8 million). At this stage, saving operation costs like electricity fees is a good idea for our growth. LongZheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (referred to as: LongZheng Environmental Protection), founded in 2010, is headquartered in Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Dongguan, with a registered capital of 113.99 million yuan. The company has successively established 9 subsidiaries and 14 branches in 12 provinces including Guangdong, Fujian, Hubei, Sichuan, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Hunan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Hebei, and Beijing. The company is a high-tech enterprise, a member enterprise of the National Association for Science and Technology, a provincial engineering technology research center for clean thermal energy, and a reserve enterprise for listing in Dongguan. It has successively passed the certification of intellectual property standards, ISO9001 quality management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001 environmental management system. LongZheng Environmental Protection is a high-tech enterprise that provides clean steam that meets process and safety requirements for industrial parks, food, medicine, printing and dyeing textiles, chemical industry, plastics, shoe industry, and civilian heating by using multiple energy-saving technologies such as biomass pellet combustion technology, clean pulverized coal atomized combustion technology, water coal slurry combustion technology, natural gas combustion technology, biomass (carbonization) technology, and efficient IoT management.
