LObrador dels 15

About LObrador dels 15

L Obrador dels 15 is a family project that aims to recover the art of making bread artisanally and naturally, to offer the bread of yesteryear, with its aroma, fluffy crumb and crunchy crust, and to place bread in the place of honor it deserves. Few, but increasingly many of us, feel respect and love for bread. We feel the need to pass on the heritage left to us by 4 generations of master bakers. Our goal is to project into the future what we have learned from the past, adding a touch of creativity and innovation.
