About Loacker Recycling GmbH

ROOTED IN VORARLBERG – SUCCESSFUL IN EUROPE The origins and headquarters of the Loacker Group are in Götzis, Vorarlberg. Loacker Recycling was founded here in the westernmost province of Austria more than a century ago. It is likely the mixture of closeness to nature, diligence, and entrepreneurial spirit, typical for this region, that has made us what we are today. Loacker Recycling is a deeply rooted Vorarlberg family company and, at the same time, a leading player in the European recycling industry. With 47 sites and 25 companies, we operate in 8 countries, bringing valuable materials back into the recycling loop. THE MATERIAL LOOP OF THE FUTURE Recycling is a highly complex future issue that is worth engaging with. Raw materials are becoming scarcer, and the importance of recycling is increasing. Loacker Recycling recognized the significance of sustainable action early on and, with the slogan "Wertstoff Zukunft" (Material Future), acknowledges global developments. "Long-term business success is only possible if there is a balanced relationship between environmental protection, social responsibility, and economic aspects. That is the future. Products, Services, Benefits Loacker Recycling has been a specialist in collecting, sorting, and processing all kinds of valuable materials for over 140 years.
