About Livelo

Created in 2014 from the union between Banco do Brasil and Bradesco, Livelo is one of Brazil's leading rewards companies, with over 22 million customers and participants and dozens of reward redemption and points accumulation partners. With the goal of offering the best experience in points redemption, we began operations in 2016 and, in 2017, opened our platform to all customer profiles. To be a Livelo customer, you don't need to be an account holder of a specific bank, fly with a specific airline, be a holder of a specific card, or even have a credit card. Just go to the website and register with a valid CPF. Here, participants have access to over 800,000 product and service redemption options gathered in our own marketplace. In the program, it's possible to accumulate points in different ways, whether through spending at partner stores, by subscribing to Clube Livelo, through spending on various eligible credit cards, transferring from other partner programs, or even receiving points from the company where the Livelo participant works, if it is a Livelo Incentivo partner. Currently, we have strategic partnerships with major companies and stores from various sectors, such as online retail, fashion, leisure and entertainment, food and beverages, services, tourism, NGOs, among others. We also have an online travel agency, where participants can redeem flights with over 750 airlines to national and international destinations, book hotels, or rent cars in Brazil and worldwide using points.
