About Linc Housing

Linc Housing's mission is to build communities and strengthen neighborhoods for people underserved by the marketplace. Our work is grounded in the belief that having access to affordable housing is a foundational pre-condition to social and economic success. That is why we create communities throughout California for low-income families, seniors, and special needs populations. We are committed to building housing that is affordable, aesthetically appealing, and a catalyst for community improvement. We’re not just building housing with services; we’re changing the trajectory of people’s lives and the neighborhoods in which they live.
