Lifestyle Centred Services provides specialised disability support to adults and children, delivering care and respite across a wide range of disabilities, environments and care needs. Our holistic approach to service delivery is underpinned by the concepts of person–centred practice and the understanding that each client's requirements are unique. We offer personalised support by way of: High physical needs / complex medical care, Personal and domestic assistance, Individually-tailored, flexible support plans, Self-directed support, Home care, Palliative care, Meal preparation, Chaperone support for holidays, Outreach & Community Access. Our highly trained staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week supporting people with: With 85 years combined experience and expertise in the industry sector, we are NDIS registered and a provider of Individual Support Plans (ISP's) to federal and state governments and not-for-profit organisations, as well as private clients.
