LifeSource, Inc is a company comprised of mental health providers who offer services in a variety of residential facilities. Services range from doctoral level psychotherapy to psychiatric medication evaluations and recommendations dependent upon the needs of the facility and their residents. With our corporate office located in Wilmington, NC we serve facilities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia. Our licensed psychologists travel to facilities daily to deliver mental health evaluations, staff consultations, and 1:1 therapeutic counseling. Our psychiatric team is comprised of MD’s, PA’s (Physician Assistants), FNP's and PMHNP's (Nurse Practitioners) who practice under the auspices of the medical director. This team also visits facilities to perform medication evaluations and to make recommendations to primary physicians and staff.
