Lidl Switzerland has an increasingly dense presence in the Swiss market with its modern store network. Since entering the market in 2009, Lidl Switzerland has grown strongly year after year. Currently, over 4,500 employees work at Lidl – new ones are added every month. Our product range includes approximately 2,000 everyday items. The Swiss origin of our products is very important to us: we achieve over 50% of our sales with products from Switzerland. The range is complemented by a high-quality selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and bread in open sales, as well as dairy products. Our weekly promotions with selected non-food and electronics items complete our range. Lidl is guided by the basic principle of simplicity. Purchasing and sales are geared towards offering customers everyday items of the best quality at a good price.
