Liberty Food Service, a business and industry cafeteria company, was started in 1987 by Ron and Connie Ellefson. The first cafeteria was in a meat packing plant in Cherokee, Iowa. The company has enjoyed continuous growth since inception. We now serve thousands of guest daily. We have 17 host plant locations in 11 states and are still growing.
