About Lebenshilfe Kempten

Lebenshilfe Kempten, with its approximately 370 employees, is one of the largest providers of support for people with disabilities in Kempten. We support over 700 people with care needs from childhood to old age. Our employees, each with their own abilities, united in a strong team, drive us forward and enable us to live inclusion. Long-serving employees confirm our recipe for success, which is based on understanding collaboration as a partnership. This fosters appreciation, trust, and the motivation to roll up our sleeves every day and break new ground. Lebenshilfe operates a variety of professional facilities in Kempten, including early intervention (Kinderhilfe Allgäu), the Tom-Mutters-Schule with a pre-school preparation program, the Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte (special educational day care center), Offene Hilfen (open support services), numerous residential facilities with two senior day care centers, and supported living services. We offer attractive and secure jobs with very good collective and company benefits. We employ staff in the social, medical, and therapeutic fields, such as educators, special needs educators, geriatric nurses, nurses, psychologists, special education teachers, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and childcare workers. People without formal training also have the opportunity to work with us as care assistants. We are a recognized placement agency for the Federal Volunteer Service and offer in-service training for special needs educators.
