About Lebe Gesund GmbH & Co. KG

The concept "From cultivation to customer" is revolutionary. Nature is not exploited, because in Peaceful Farming, soils are given deserved rest periods. Through the three-field system with fallow land, the fields have the opportunity to regenerate every three years and gather new strength. Grains from these fields have the optimal mineral content because the plant has the natural spectrum of all nutrients from a living soil available to it. In the soil of our Mother Earth, on which the grains, vegetables, and fruits grow, live countless small and tiny organisms that enable growth and thriving. This soil life is not maltreated by manure or artificial fertilizers. The soil is worked gently. Animals have the same right to life as we humans, without being "used" or exploited. That is why there is no livestock farming in Peaceful Farming. A real specialty is the Lebe Gesund stone mill – one of the largest in Europe. Here, the grain is gently ground with the living grain germ. This germ unfolds its enzymatic effect in the flour during the ripening period in the flour silos. This gives the flour its exceptional quality and natural baking ability. From cultivation to customer means: sowing, tending, harvesting, processing, and selling – all from a single source. A large part of our products is created in this way. We produce and sell honest, transparent, and scandal-free food – for the health of humans, nature, and animals. A healthy basis for life, also for future generations!
