About LEARNING BITS SL.

We are a multidisciplinary team of science teachers, educators, scientists, video producers, and multimedia professionals from around the world working under the auspices of the International Science Teaching Foundation. Our goal is to provide teachers with tools that promote high-quality science and mathematics education. We adhere to the 5E constructivist model, which advocates for a real understanding of scientific ideas and involves students in their learning, while helping them appreciate the relevance of science in their lives. We want to play an active role in the shift from a transmissive model of education, based on the transfer of knowledge from teacher to student, towards a constructivist model, based on research, discovery, and "learning by doing." We believe the best way to achieve this change is to empower teachers with research-based, easy-to-use resources that support best teaching practices.
