Lead Group

About Lead Group

Lead Group is a group of specialist recruitment consultants with the experience of 8 to 12 years per consultant within the Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, MedTech & Pharma, Professional Services, Trades & Labour recruitment space. In 2019, the partners came together to create a company that would be consistent with the service, skill and support they offer the marketplace. Providing the best compensation and environment to its employees has allowed Lead Group to not compromise when selecting its people in a highly competitive market. This has created the opportunity for us to offer it's clients and candidates a better journey with more experienced, specialised and knowledgable consultants than the competition.
