About Latino Coalition for Community Leadership

The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership is a grant intermediary, administering Federal and State grants and contracts that are sub-granted to multiple non-profit Community Partners in two states. This year, the LCCL will administer more than $10m in grants to grassroots organizations that are uniquely skilled to meet their community needs with a level of cultural sensitivity, understanding, and competence. We are a small, dedicated team of professionals who operate in a decentralized structure. There is no main reporting office, each position works from home. The LCCL utilizes a virtual office, and most positions will work at least 95% from their own home office.
