The Langosteria Group was founded in 2007 when Enrico Buonocore, CEO and founder of the group, decided to open the first restaurant in Milan in via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milanese dining, distinguishing itself through its continuous search for the highest quality raw ingredients. From the outset, a clear approach: an entirely fish-based menu, featuring traditional dishes alongside more innovative proposals and a wide selection of raw dishes, oysters, and shellfish. The wine selection is equally important, with a list of 1,700 labels, including major wineries and high-level niche producers. For cocktail lovers, there is a list of drinks expressing Langosteria's identity and the great classics that accompany guests from aperitif to after dinner. The Group currently has 6 restaurants: Langosteria, Langosteria Bistrot and Langosteria Café and the new Langosteria Cucina in Milan, Langosteria Paraggi in Santa Margherita Ligure, and finally Langosteria in Paris. All venues share values such as the pursuit of excellence, attention to detail, warm yet unobtrusive hospitality, Mediterranean character, but with an international style. Langosteria is founded on the centrality of the individual, from the customer to the employee. Staff are guaranteed a stimulating and meritocratic work environment. Every thought and attention is directed towards the customer. The humanity of the relationship with collaborators is transferred to the experience offered to the customer, who is an integral part of it.
