The Landenhof is the center of competence for hearing and visual impairments in the canton of Aargau. We support people with hearing or visual impairments in their self-determined lives by specifically promoting their abilities and development. WORKING AT LANDENHOF We assume that people want to learn and develop. Accordingly, we continuously promote and support our employees in their personal and professional development. We take into account the competencies and individual further training needs of the employees as well as the strategic and operational goals of the Landenhof. We strive to employ people who are themselves affected by a hearing or visual impairment and to secure and, if necessary, create the necessary framework conditions.
