At Land van Horne, everyone can be themselves every day, even if someone needs the help of others due to circumstances. At home, where Land van Horne employees offer support. Or, if that is no longer possible, in one of our residential care centers. There, our more than 2,600 employees and 1,000 enthusiastic volunteers dedicate themselves every day. The caregivers, occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, nurses, geriatric specialists, dining area staff, wellness coaches, and the many volunteers. Every day we ask ourselves the question ‘What can I do to ensure that you have a good day?’ This often lies in the small things, but it starts with truly seeing, understanding, and supporting another person. We do that for our clients, but also for each other as colleagues. We have been doing this since 1981 and have since gained a lot of experience and expertise under one roof. With home care, rehabilitation, treatment, (residential) care centers, guesthouses, and useful services, we support people in the municipalities of Weert, Nederweert, Leudal, Someren, and Cranendonck.
