Two successes - One Lagkagehus In 2008, Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebæk jointly created Lagkagehuset as we know it today. They had each run successful bakeries for more than 15 years – Ole in Copenhagen and Steen in Haderslev. The two met over a shared passion for spreading better baked goods to the Danes. Since then, many new Lagkagehuse have been added, but the uncompromising experience is still the focal point. Today, we have a strong concept that, in addition to good bread, unique taste experiences, and attractive, inviting shops, is characterized by our smiling, helpful, and skilled employees. Lagkagehuset is the local bakery – no matter where in the country we are located. We adapt to the demand and traditions of the individual regions. Our signature products can, of course, be found in all our stores. We are still growing rapidly – not only in Denmark but also abroad, and therefore we constantly need new skilled colleagues to help us continue the success.
