For more than 50 years, La Familia Health has been providing excellent family-centered medical, dental, behavioral health services to individuals and families in Santa Fe County and surrounding areas in New Mexico. Among La Familia Medical Center's programs are an onsite Pharmacy, Chronic Disease management, Nutrition and other education classes. A Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, La Familia Medical Center serves as the healthcare safety-net for the underinsured and uninsured in our community. Last year, LFMC served more than 18,000 unduplicated individuals in over 70,000 office visits. We offer services to all individuals and families, regardless of income or ability to pay. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, all insurances, HMOs & workers' compensation.
