LA BRIGADE is the first custom-made bistro revisited in a street food style. By reinventing the consumption of the traditional steak-fries, we have developed a range of proposals inspired by traditional bistro cuisine, based on the codes of today's and tomorrow's catering, and offering multi-channel sales. Dishes that can be endlessly personalized according to taste, fun tasting with bamboo tongs in branded containers, colorful restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere, everything has been designed to offer our customers a unique experience. LA BRIGADE now has 18 establishments across France, in city centers, shopping malls, suburban commercial areas, as well as stands in food courts and kitchens dedicated solely to delivery. The quality of its products and the originality of the concept in a colorful and warm decor have won over an ever-growing clientele. We work with meats rigorously sourced by our historic butcher and fresh, 100% homemade fries made from potatoes from local farms. We are permanently recruiting entry-level or experienced kitchen profiles, lovers of well-done things and concerned with the pleasure brought to our customers, who enjoy working in a friendly atmosphere.
