About Kwadraad

Kwadraad is an innovative and ambitious organization active in dozens of municipalities in South Holland and Utrecht-West. We guide and support people with their daily life problems. Think of questions and problems in the areas of relationship and marriage, money and work, family and upbringing, grief and loss, arguments and violence. We do this with a broad package of services from light to intensive, both individually and collectively and increasingly blended*. Our employees work where citizens are, in neighborhoods and communities, health centers, community centers, schools and at citizens' homes. Our ambition is to strengthen citizens' and their social network's ownership of their own lives so that they are best able to resume their own lives and participate. We build on their talents and focus on reciprocity.
