About KS - program spol. s r.o.

KS - program was founded in 1991. The main goal of the newly founded company was the development and implementation of its own payroll information system. Key customers were to be mainly medium and large private companies from the manufacturing sector and major service providers. The dynamic development in IT and especially the massive advent of the Microsoft Windows operating system soon led to the company's management's decision to invest in the development of a comprehensive personnel and payroll information system in a new development environment supporting client work in the Microsoft Windows environment. Since 1995, the original payroll system began to be expanded with modules for human resources management support. Thus, a comprehensive personnel and payroll information system began to emerge. The intensive expansion of high-speed internet led in 2004 to the decision to start using this communication medium for more extensive and accessible human resources management. Therefore, the development of the KS portal application was initiated, which would allow access to data from anywhere and at any time. The entry into the Slovak market in 2005 was also significant. In 2008, the system was fully converted to the single European currency EURO, and at the same time, the development of a multilingual version of the application was completed. Today, KS-program offers a personnel and payroll information system for customers from the Czech and Slovak Republics, or an international personnel information system.
