Kröswang GmbH

About Kröswang GmbH

For 50 years, KRÖSWANG has been supplying gastronomy, hotels, and large kitchens with Austria's freshest foods. The family business achieved a turnover of almost 337 million euros in 2023 and employs over 500 people. Almost everywhere where cooking takes place outside of private kitchens, KRÖSWANG products are used. The family business supplies fresh and frozen foods to inns, restaurants, and hotels as well as kindergartens, schools, or retirement homes. Cooking in barracks and prisons uses KRÖSWANG products just as much as in highway service areas, company kitchens, and restaurants in large furniture stores and supermarkets. The range of the food wholesaler is broad. KRÖSWANG offers high-quality meat and sausage products, a wide range of poultry products, fish and seafood, fresh salads and vegetables, exquisite delicatessen and specialties, high-quality convenience products and side dishes, sweets and pastries, bread and baked goods, dairy products and eggs, as well as fats and oils. Almost all fresh products come from Austria, while frozen foods are imported worldwide. KRÖSWANG's headquarters and main location are in Grieskirchen, Upper Austria. From there, customers in Upper Austria and parts of Salzburg are supplied directly, and the warehouse locations in Bruck an der Glocknerstraße, Liezen, Telfs, Ebersbach an der Fils, Leutkirch im Allgäu, and Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm are supplied with goods. The second logistics center is located in Böheimkirchen, Lower Austria, from where KRÖSWANG customers in Lower Austria, Vienna, and Burgenland are supplied directly, and the warehouse locations in Styria and Carinthia are supplied with goods daily.
