KOS Avocats is a law firm dedicated to the healthcare field, established in 2017 by Amélie BEAUX and Audrey UZEL. After collaborating together in large firms and eager to develop a structure in their image, they chose to create KOS Avocats, a human-sized law firm, to defend their vision of the profession and their values. Our objective: To support you in managing and solving the legal problem you are facing through a global vision of dispute resolution methods. Thus, after an initial telephone exchange, we visualize the most suitable solution for your needs: entering into mediation, proposing negotiation/transaction for an amicable dispute resolution, or seizing a jurisdiction or defending your rights before a jurisdiction. We make it a point of honor to inform our clients about the chances of success of an action so as not to engage them in a long, costly, and sometimes emotionally heavy process.
