Koru Health and Tourism Group was founded in 2010 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri and Prof. Dr. Aydan Biri to provide health services within the framework of academic, qualified, and ethical rules. It is a health service provider originating from Ankara, with Koru Ankara Hospital, Koru Sincan Hospital, and the 5-star Bolu Koru Hotel within its structure. Koru Health Group has adopted the mission of being a growing health organization that prioritizes an academic and ethical approach, is focused on patient satisfaction, and follows changes in every field of medicine, influenced by its founders who have academic and physician backgrounds. It continues to provide national and international health services with its infrastructure, vision, and academic physician staff. All arrangements and human resources for foreign patients to receive fast, reliable, and comfortable service have been planned, and the International Patient Relations Department has provided outpatient and inpatient health services to 8,500 - 10,000 foreign patients annually from 62 countries. Koru Health Group has a capacity of 301 beds with its physical infrastructure. All surgical, internal, imaging, and clinical laboratory services are provided in a total area of 42,000 m2, with 71 intensive care beds, 31 neonatal intensive care beds, and 13 operating rooms. Koru Ankara Hospital provides an average of 285,000 outpatient services and 35,000 day-case patient services annually. Approximately 30,000 surgeries and 4,000 births are performed. Approximately 2,000 procedures are performed annually in the Electrophysiology laboratory, and approximately 300 interventional procedures are performed in the Interventional Neuroradiology Clinic. Koru Sincan Hospital provides an average of 100,000 outpatient services and 11,000 day-case patient services annually, with approximately 4,000 surgeries and 1,800 births performed.
