About Kopfsachen

Kopfsachen brings mental health education to where young people are every day: in school. With psychologically based workshops, further training, and school programs, we empower students, teachers, school social workers, and school communities in dealing with psychological stress, stress, crises, and seeking help. Our goal is a school in which mental health is naturally considered, openly discussed, and preventatively strengthened. Since our founding, we have implemented over 1,400 workshops, supported 118 schools, and reached more than 38,000 young people, teachers, and parents. 2025 was our biggest year of impact to date: 512 workshops, 10,575 students reached, 1,950 teachers reached, and five active locations.
