Karim NAGARA started as a salesperson in real estate development (2005-2008), then joined the recruitment world in a firm (2008-2011). In 2011, he chose independence by going self-employed. KN Consulting is a Direct Approach Firm specializing in Real Estate Project Ownership professions. Our clients are property developers, land developers, and real estate companies, users (brands, franchises, operators), or new real estate service providers (marketers, financial advisors, project management consultants, etc.). For 10 years, we have carried out nearly 300 recruitments for about forty operators throughout the national territory. Since 2017, we have also developed a team to support the increasing number of searches entrusted to us by our clients (3 to 4 people in sourcing). We regularly have between 20 and 30 active missions for our clients across France in all professions within the real estate value chain (development, studies, programs, marketing, technical, after-sales service, management, operations).
