About KLUTCH Cannabis

In just a few short years, what started as a team of less than 20 passionate men and women has grown into a company with hundreds of employees and counting. If you had asked us then what the best part about working for Klutch was, we would have answered unequivocally the people. Years later, that answer hasn’t changed. Through it all, we have strived to be a place that honors hard work, integrity, diversity, attention to detail, collaboration, innovation, and a passion for the plant. Klutch employees work on a variety of teams, including Cultivation, Processing, Retail, Food Production, Compliance, Quality, Packaging, Logistics, Accounting, Human Resources, and more – and it takes all of us to do what we do. At Klutch Cannabis, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment that values expertise, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Your contributions will directly impact the exceptional quality and consistency we are known for. Join us and be part of a passionate community dedicated to setting new standards and shaping the future of cannabis in Ohio and beyond.
