About KlokGroep

Previously known as KlokHolding, we changed our name to KlokGroep on January 1, 2023. KlokGroep is a family business with 100 years of experience in project development, construction, maintenance, and management. KlokGroep combines the strengths of Van de Klok, Novaform, Adriaan van Erk, and Heilijgers. KlokGroep houses departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing and Communications, IT, and Legal Affairs. Van de Klok is a construction developer from Nijmegen with various divisions, each with its own specialization. Van de Klok, together with co-makers, manages the entire development and realization process from the initial phase through to property management. Construction activities focus on new construction, renovation, transformation, and maintenance in various sectors. Novaform specializes in complex inner-city developments but also handles (area) development at expansion sites. Novaform considers the use of every available square meter and has offices in Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Düsseldorf (Germany), and Poznan (Poland). Heilijgers develops, realizes, transforms, makes sustainable, and maintains houses, apartments, care facilities, business premises, offices, and retail properties. Through intensive planning with construction partners and co-makers, Heilijgers takes responsibility for the technical design, thereby minimizing construction risks and maximizing customer satisfaction. Heilijgers recently placed second in the election for Best Builder 2021. Adriaan van Erk from Bergambacht likes to take the initiative at an early stage. They develop, build, and deliver in their own unique way. Adriaan van Erk develops when they can truly add quality to a development. This also involves looking at sustainability, climate adaptation, inclusivity, and diversity. In this way, Adriaan van Erk tries to make the world a little more beautiful.
