Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel

About Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel

Recently opened, The Kimpton Cottonwood offers Midwestern warmth with a dose of European-inspired glamour. This revival breathes fresh life into the legendary Blackstone Hotel, once renowned as the premier stopover between the coasts. Designed for contemporary tastes, but with a nod to the building’s heydey, every detail will surprise and delight you. We’re conveniently located just four minutes from downtown, at the gateway to midtown Omaha’s Blackstone District, where every block has a story. Come for the spirited service and boutique accommodations, watch the sunrise from our rooftop garden terrace, and indulge in a feeling of luxury. We’re excited to show you what modern Midwest feels like.
